horrible phone experience with this doctor. she obviously does not care about patients, their needs and time management. Do not try and get established with this doctor. she has zero empathy for her patients and what she should stand for as a doctor.

I’ve been filling my prescription with Kiser for years then without warning I was told I couldn’t refill it anymore. This happened about a year after Julia Rothgery became my primary care physician. I was told by her office on Friday that I needed to come in for an appointment, but since I no longer have Kiser insurance I am not able to see or talk to her. After calling and trying to speak with anyone who could help multiple times, I was basically told that due to this catch 22, I am now forced to face the horrible withdrawal symptoms for a medication I need that I’ve been on for 10 years. I’m not sure how she or any doctor could claim to do no harm while cutting a patient off from medication they’ve been prescribed since before they walked through your door with no warning or tapering plan in place. Looking forward to pursuing legal action while dealing with Cymbalta Discontinuation Syndrome.
