Dr. Julia Ann Routhier, DDS

This was the worst experience I’ve EVER had at a dental office. Routhier ”initially” appeared to be so sweet, kind and knowledgeable until I questioned why she was charging me for work that didn’t need to be done, and much worse. She would work on me and appear to be under the influence with slurred speech and shaky hands. When I complained she became a total irrational nut job who insulted and degraded me in front of her staff until I was in tears, at which point she said she I had to leave. (After she aggressively removed good teeth!). When she opted to continue, she did the worst job imaginable and has completely and permanently destroyed my smile as the implants cannot be removed or fixed. All my life people complimented my beautiful smile the second they met me, she completely destroyed it with obviously fake looking (unnecessary) implants that don’t fit and cause constant pain & bleeding, they have big gaps between my natural teeth & colors that don’t match my… natural (with over $30,000 in charges). Wish I could post photos so you could see the before and after and you would never step foot in her office. This psycho should not be allowed to practice dentistry!

The office was very accommodating but however I have lost Several teeth because of her incompetence.

Great staff. Making appt was easy. Dr is always on time, every time. Had a new implant done and Dr Routhier is a perfectionist. I look forward to her continued work in helping me rebuild my smile.
