Saw Dr. Schauger for pain in the back of my heel thats affecting my walking, she sent me for an MRI, when I went back for results, she discussed few options, I chose to take anti-inflammatory and wear a brace, these did not help much at all, she also discussed a more permanent and predicatable option of minor surgery which would require healing time, I then chose that option as it is more effective than a pill and brace which is like putting on a bandaid and going on with y day, the office was to call with dates, has been 2 weeks and no call, she discusssed this option but seemed like she was not interested in helping me, I don't want pills or wear a brace that causes more pain, a little courtesy can go a long way by telling me she doesn't want to do it or give me a reason why there was no follow up, she took the easy way out by ignoring my problem, if you have a problem, SEE SOMEONE ELSE!
