I never saw Dr. Souvorova because of the phone/receptionist person. TLDR: the receptionist was so rude and condescending I abandoned the phone call even though I need an appointment URGENTLY Transcript: hi, are you taking new patients? Phone operator:... er yeah me: okay great, I'd like to make an appointment! operator: uhh well aren't you going to tell me anything like what insurance, when it started, what is it, birthday, who referred you - those things (super rapid-fire) me: oh sure yeah, just tell me what question you want me to answer and we can go through them operator: ...well I just said them... me: you know, I don't think this is going to be a match, thank you for your time though operator: ugh *click* I rarely write reviews but I am flabbergasted at this and if this is how Dr. Souvorova's team treats their customers then I know it's not the people I want suturing my appendages. truly unbelievable, I've never had someone speak to me like that on the phone. other reviews… mention probably this same person back to early 2024 - HUGE red flag
