Great doctor to my son from Birth to 3 years old. No complaints.

If money is no object, this is the place for you. She is a decent dr, and will listen to your concerns but is on the expensive side which I think is important to know. She sent my 2 year old for an EKG because she thought she heard a heart murmur and $1,000 later there is no heart murmur. Then we brought our daughter in for allergies and a cough and paid the copay of course and we were prescribed Zyrtec and told she has some fluid in one ear but it probably wouldn't be an issue and to come back if it gets worse. The NEXT day she was crying about her ear so we brought her back in and had to pay ANOTHER copay even though it was related to AND noted the previous day! The billing department was unsympathetic and maintained it was required by our insurance but we have had the same thing happen even with urgent care and never had to pay a second copay because it is customer service and courtesy for the office to put the child's health first, not their revenues. So 2 copays and 2… prescriptions later, hopefully she will start to feel better. They should not charge ANOTHER copay for a follow up but they do. They even wanted to charge an office visit copay to have my daughter come in to be WEIGHED. Not even to see the doctor, just be weighed! I'm looking for another pediatrician. They are more interested in $$ than the health of your child. An good, experienced doctor will give you great service and be conscientious of your budget.
