Poor listener and bedside manner. Submitted referral then provided medicinal therapy that would compromise referral results. Typed up inaccurate summary of visit then exited with no further communication to me or the nurse.

Dr Julia Yu was great on my first visit but when I called to get my prescription refilled it took over 5 phone calls. Every time I called for a refill it took numerous calls. Once the office even called to tell me that my prescription had been sent in and when I went to pick it up I was told the pharmacy had never received it! After making another call - that could be 6 for this refill - I was informed that the Dr had never signed the order! Do no go to this office unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Dr. Yu has successfully reduced the medications the wife and I are taking and has been brilliant diagnosing a few medical issues other physicians overlooked or failed to correctly diagnose. She shows a genuine concern for her patients and their welfare. We were very fortunate to find her and consider her a keeper. MAC.

A very impressive family physician. Dr. Yu is very knowledgeable, thorough with her examinations and projects a positive and caring attitude.. She is one of the best physicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. MAC.
