Knowledgable, attentive, and experienced. Dr. Paternina takes time to know her patients and address their medical issues in a relaxed and caring atmosphere. Her staff is professional and efficient. I definitely recommend her for foot and ankle issues.

I was and continue to be deeply impressed by the HIGHEST quality of care I receive and prompt service from check-in to check-out. I can be a hard critic of doctor’s office and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness due to a broken ankle the result can be much less than pleasant. This time (My first time at Foot & Ankle Premier Specialist) was a world away from any experience with any Doctor. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. I am truly grateful and appreciative that I never felt that awful feeling of dread and fear when I had my bi-weekly checkups. When I say that Dr. Paternina, DPM and all the other employees of Foot & Ankle Premier Specialist made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. Coming… here is like dealing with trusted family. I Would NEVER consider changing doctors. They have always treated me with tender loving care. Because they really do care. Caring and confident physician

I have been seeing Dr. Paternina for several months now and she is fantastic. Spot on diagnoses of my foot pain and ongoing treatment has been effective. She is always courteous and caring and speaks in terms you can always understand. Highly recommended! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Where do I even begin with this swindling podiatry office? Do you like consistency and professionalism when it comes to your healthcare? That is NOT what you get at Prompt Foot & Ankle care (now known as Foot & Ankle Premier Specialists.) For starters, Dr. Goswami hadn't worked there for months and yet they kept using his name. It's not uncommon for you to be seen by 4 different doctors - each one offering his own 2-cents on your foot condition and transferring the blame for the lack of progress in terms of healing to the previous doctor who saw you. Doctors come and go, disappearing without any notice or much explanation. There is a female doctor who claims not to be the owner when you bring any issues to her attention. Meet Dr. Paternina - she is unprofessional, rude and borderline irresponsible when it comes to your problems. If you look at their website, they have only 1 doctor (her), but 4 locations. Shady.
