Dr. Julianne Lynette Birt, MD

Dr. Birt is an excellent physician. She takes to really talk to you and makes you really feel at home. She has a wonderful personality and it is easy to talk to her about anything that I may have been embarrassed to share with other physicians.

Waited 2 hours for Dr. to be condescending when I complained about lack of professionalism

My visits with Dr. Adams were fine, she explained everything o me along the way and in a polite and professional manner. My disappointment and the reason I stopped going to her office came after my surgery. She did not do ANYTHING during surgery except put me under and woke me up, during my follow up visit that was needed to return to work, she kept me waiting while she engaged in personal conversations. The receptionist apologized and kept going in to remind her that I was still waiting for over 2 hours. Finally the receptionist allowed me to go to the back area where Dr. Adams was chatting and laughing with members from her staff. It is extremely disrespectful for a doctor to charge you if you are late for an appointment but keep you waiting for more than two hours when she is not busy attending to other patients. She showed no concern for me during a very difficult time and did nothing to follow up with me after the surgery. People who choose this profession should care about people… and that was not the case here.

Dr. Adams is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She takes the time to expalin anything that is going on with your body, test results and overall pregnancy. She ensures that you get answers to your questions. I was very comfortable with her.
