Dr. Julianne Marie Dunne, MD

Dr Dunn is fantastic. She’s through, very knowledgeable, patient, caring and listens to everything I have to say. She treats me like I’m the only patient she has. She’s just awesome. My daughter love he also.

Dr. Dunne ordered a pelvic ultrasound, on which, as she told me, she saw a "structure" on one of my ovaries. She seemed unable to clarify what she meant, but ordered an MRI. Of course, I am concerned. This was on Thursday. I managed, with some difficulty, to get an appointment for the MRI for the following Tuesday. On Friday, the day after my appointment with Dr. Dunne, and three days before the scheduled MRI, she called me at 5:00 in the afternoon to tell me I needed to get blood work done in advance of the MRI. (Could she not have mentioned that when I was at her office on Thursday?) I could have that done, she said, on Saturday or Monday. I went on Saturday, so I wouldn't have to take time from work on Monday. On arrival, I was told that Dr. Dunne had neglected to put in an order for the blood work and I had to wait half an hour while they tracked her down. Had the blood work done. Then, on Monday, I had a call from the MRI facility to say they had not received my blood work. I had… to leave work to drive to the place the blood work had been done to make sure it would be sent in and was told that it could take up to five days for that to happen. (My MRI appointment was the next day. Did Dr. Dunne not know how long it took to have blood work done??) I called Dr. Dunne's office, of course was unable to reach her, but left a message with someone who had great difficulty taking my message correctly. Finally, I received a call back from someone (not Dr. Dunne) telling me I had to go back (yes—leave work) and have the blood work done over again so that it could be sent in immediately. The MRI is scheduled for tomorrow. We will see if the blood work got there. If not, I'll be turned away and forced to make a new appointment for who knows when.

I'm a 20+year board certified Internal Medicine physician: Dr. Dunne is one of the best physicians I've met - personally and professionally. I had the great fortune and pleasure of seeing Dr. Dunne for an urgent care visit. She's kind, thorough and thoughtfully addresses primary care issues I assumed she wouldn't have had time for during an urgent care appointment. She picked up on and treated a problem I had been struggling with for years(!) within 15 minutes - absolutely incredible. I'm eternally grateful for Dr. Dunne's outstanding care.

My ob.gyn for the last 25 years now my teen goes to her. Excellent. Simply said.

Dr Dunne is very thorough and personable. She did an excellent history evaluation and gave me excellent pointers how to best manage my health. Very satisfied overall all, and I have no hesitation recommending her.

Dr. Dunne has been my obgyn doctor for years - easily 10 years - I continue to see her even though I no longer live in New York State. She is extremely capable, always professional and has an excellent demeanor - gentle, good natured and kind. My daughter now goes to her as well. As long as she is in practice she will be my doctor.

There were so many ads promoting all kinds of pharmacuticals. This was a big concern since I was bringin a young teen to this office. The receptionists were a bit hard but I believe the Dr. is more gentle although I did not have a direct experience w/ her. I had the waiting room experience which sets to the tone for the kind of medical quality.
