Julie Bergman, PMHNP, is a highly qualified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of professional experience. As the founder and owner of Grace Mental Health Resources, INC, in Folsom, California, Julie’s primary goal is to help her patients reach their full potential physically, mentally, and emotionally to create the lives they’ve always wanted.Since obtaining her psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner certificate (PMHNP) in 2020, Julie has treated patients at Grace Mental Health Resources, INC. Julie’s dedication to providing comprehensive care allows her to get to know her patients and establish individualized treatments, such as behavioral health counseling and medication management.With her extensive experience in mental health care, Julie provides treatment for many different conditions, including depression, anxiety, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In addition to offering all-inclusive mental health treatment, Julie …provides couples therapy and life coaching. Outside of work, Julie enjoys being a wife and mother. She and her family love to spend their time outdoors, running, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and beekeeping.
