My experience as a patient with Dr. Chalmers has been amazing. Dr. Chalmers takes the time to listen and does not rush me along when I’m trying to explain my symptoms the best I can. Her years of experience clearly shine through when she is discussing my health. That puts me totally at ease and reassures me that I am receiving top-notch care. The lobby is spacious and clean, and the staff is very friendly. My experience with appointments has always run smoothly and on time. I have been seeing Dr. Chalmers for many years as my primary care doctor. She is knowledgeable, I never feel rushed, she is very thorough and good at treating the whole patient. I also find her very enjoyable to interact with and and feel like she cares about her patients.

Caring ? Not too much

Dr. Chalmers is an excellent (5 star) physician. In addition to being extremely competent, she is patient oriented and responds quickly to any issues that may arise. In short, she is outstanding.

Unable to schedule a routine physical, was given a time frame of two months away.

called for new patient appointment. Was "interviewed" by office manager as to my problems, medications, etc. Told she would present me to doctor to see if doctor "wanted" me as a patient. Uh, no. Course in diplomacy suggested for office manager. As an aside, if you use Medicare, don't bother. Their first question.

Dr. Chalmers has been my PCP for nearly 10 years and I have always been impressed with her bedside manner and ability to problem-solve and diagnose In recent months, I have developed a plethora of neurological issues and Dr. Chalmers has been wonderful throughout the process of working with me and a team of specialists. She personally returns phone calls and I appreciate her caring personality!

My wife has been having some ongoing health problems over the last 18 months. She has been to many specialists without a definitive diagnosis. During this time hew primary care physician has not been very helpful so she was looking for a new primary care physician. She called the office of Dr. Chalmers several times to schedule an appointment and was treated rudely by the staff but persisted because it was the holidays and maybe they were a bit harried. When she finally was able to speak to the person who works for the doctor and takes new patient information she was told the doctor didn't want to take her on as a new patient. My wife is in no way a problem patient or person & I am appalled at this insensitive and callous treatment of someone seeking care. Apparently the doctor is taking new patients but she is cherry picking the easy cases. I have the same primary care doctor doctor as my wife and was considering switching to someone else in the same practice as Dr. Chalmers, now I… will not.
