I think that it would be really difficult to find a place where the parking is more convenient, the staff is friendlier, or more helpful and the doctors are more qualified.

Dr Countess is the consummate professional. Personable, thorough, and totally competent.

Was very impressed with the outcome of my Mohs surgery. Very minimal scarring!

I have not been the easiest patient for Dr Countess with a myriad of cancer surgeries and other health issues, but she always finds the time to fit me in no matter how busy she is. I had to reschedule this visit 3 times due to another pressing ailment, and she fit me in and showed her usual genuine concern for me and my cancer treatments. She is the best dermatologist I have ever seen and has a 6th sense about what to whack off and biopsy and what is not anything to worry about. And she is aware that if people look good they feel good so she makes sure you look better when you leave than when you came in. She is a kind and caring doc! I love seeing her.

Dr. Countess is an excellent doctor and one of my very favorites. But this last visit was a little different. Instead of her usual crisp white jacket, she just wore jeans. My skin exam was swift and cursory, and she didn't have her assistance record the technical names of what she was seeing, as usual. Perhaps she was just tired or rushed, but I hope she returns to her former more careful exams!

Dr Countess was very professional. I had additional questions about an ongoing skin issue which she was happy to give relevant advice. Very happy with the whole staff.

I've been a patient of Dr. Countess for years. As a redhead with fair skin, I keep an annual check on the calendar with Dr. Countess. I have never felt that she rushed during an exam. She makes sure all my questions are answered and all my concerns are checked.

There is no better dermatologist in Tennessee. Dr. Countess and her staff are kind, caring, and generous with you time. They are all beautiful ladies and want to make sure that everybody that leaves there looking better than when they arrived. She is always concerned about the health of your skin as well as how you feel about the way that you look. She has found and treated many cancers on my body and knows the importance of eliminating all per-cancers before they become worse. She enters the room with a smile on her face and you leave with one on your too. She and her staff are the best of the best. I love going there even if I know she is going to zap me a few times for my own good.

I wish I would have known about Julie Countess five years ago when I moved from Illinois to Tennessee!
