After hours calls were not responded on time. When told how come the on-call doc does not return the call, I was told "they have a family life too". Just stunned with the response.

Dr. Dekle is the best! We drive from South Tampa to see her. My daughter is extremely comfortable with her and will discuss ANY issue she is having. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dekle!!!

Dr. Dekle has been great but then the office went high tech a few months ago. Now the doctors hover over a PC more then they do their patients. Wait times have gotten ridiculous! Would not recommend.

When my son was born, we hadn't picked a Dr yet. Dr Dekle came to see him in the hospital and we've loved her ever since. She made such an impression on us in the hospital that we chose her to be our children's Dr. She is great!

Can't say enough about Dr. Julie; she is sweet, caring, and positively incredible. Great personality and knows her stuff; one of the best peds. ever!

Dr Dekle is my favorite pediatrician at the Parsons Healthpoint. I drive past at least 2 other pediatricians to see her at Parsons. Truthfully, unless you are her first patient of the day or after her break you will wait to see her. But you are never rushed out, she wants to make sure she understands you and you understand her; so we all wait patiently for HER. I wish ALL pediatricians were as thorough and caring. You are more than just a chart when your child visits her.

Dr. Dekle is by far the best doctor we have ever had! She is caring and compassionate.. She takes the time to answer any and all questions that I have, offers all options, exhausts all avenues of diagnosis, and explains things in lay-mens terms. I have not had any trouble getting an appointment or experienced a long wait while at this practice. I won't go anywhere else! (Dr. Curtin is part of the practice and great as well, Dr.
