Dr. FERNANDEZ doesn't listen well enough, she jumps to a conclusion before she gets all the needed information. She doesn't listen when she is told that certain medicines work better for us. What she did was a quick I know what you needed "what ever she decides that's it no matter if test results come back one way she still goes hers. Good luck.

They take for ever to answer the phone, most calls go directly to voice mail for an appointment. Bad experience with referrals. Several times in the office when patients have walked in upset because of the issues with the poor service in returning phone calls!!! Transferring to another doctor.

I like the dr a lot, but because of her staff I am going to have to switch dr. her staff never answer phone,, never call you back,,,

-I don't have nothing bad to said about the Dr. but the staff and the scheduling is really poor, no helping and if is a emergency they never scheduled you in the same day, even if you are a existing patient with them. And that make the Dr (indirect) look bad.

She was always very short when asking for advice on medical issues I have had. Never smiling. Wants you to come back for multiple visits to discuss results instead of just discussing them with you while your already there for a doctor visit so she can get more money from you.

Cares a great deal about her patients. If she suspects something she gets you to where you need to go immediately !!!
