Every time I call this office to speak to the nurse, she never answers the phone. No matter what time of day I call she doesn't answer. Then to top it off I have to listen to this extremely long greeting before I can leave a message. I hope no one ever has an emergency because they'll never get through.

I went to Dr. Harper's office recently for a chemical peel and had a wonderful experience. The staff greeted me as I walked in and I was seen promptly. Lauren did a wonderful job explaining the procedure. The process was quick and Lauren made sure I was comfortable during the whole thing. I love the results and will definitely be back!

I have been getting my annual skin checks at this office for over two years....staff is always professional and caring. Front office is friendly and personable. Recently had laser treatment done with great results. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I recommend Dr. Harper to anyone. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I have had Botox treatment and spray tan at her practice. I was more than pleased with both! If you have been thinking about Botox, go see her. She has clinics every week for it!

Outstanding experience. And in today's chaotic medical environment, it is quite unusual to label a Doctor's visit outstanding. Julie is a true professional with excellent people skills. My family will continue to visit for years to come.

Dr Harper and staff (including the front office) have been courteous and pleasant during my visits. Though some behavior at the front is not professional, it will not stop me from seeing the best dermatologist in town. With proper supervision I feel the front office area will change and become more professional. Medically I couldn't received better treatment. A couple of the clinical staff have "attitudes" but we all have bad days and that is what I will chalk it up to. Everyone is trainable but not everyone wants to be trained...
