So I had 2 cavities eating away into the middle of my 2 front teeth, that Julie drilled into, cleaned out, & filled, which for the most part she did a good job on. But the rest of her work I feel was horrible & on the verge of malpractice.. When she was finish "cleaning" my teeth, there were drill scratches all over them (that were clearly visible), & the back sides of multiple teeth had "Deep Drill Marks" (aka almost holes) that were "DEFINITELY NEVER THERE BEFORE", that I feel were intentionally put there to create future holes, & in turn bring me back for future business, considering they were the "ONLY dentist" around for miles that took my insurance, & they knew it. It felt a lot like when u take your car to a shady mechanic to have something minor fixed, only to be back in a few months with more extensive repairs needed & new parts replaced. BE CAUTIOUS GOING HERE! And be sure to take your own before & after home pictures of your teeth. As u may need them in court, if they do… to u what they did to me. P.s. I would NOT RECOMMEND their practices, & I will never in my life trust anyone who works there with any matter EVER AGAIN! Shady, unprofessional, & untrustworthy! So to all willing to risk the current condition of all other healthy teeth in their mouth, GOOD LUCK!!!

Dental Crowns were ill-fitting and wrong color. Dr. Hong was not going to replace until I visited another Dentist and contacted a Lawyer. Took over 8 months and several dental visits to correct.
