Dr. Julie Diane Klepper, MD

Dr Klepper has become more rigid and less understanding of how harsh words affect traumatized clients. She tends to cut off the dialogue by asking: “Is this what you want to talk about?” She often makes same day changes to the schedule which is hard for working patients.

Dr. Klepper can be understanding but also quick to cut you off. Her comments sometimes hurt a patient who is already traumatized. She usually shows up late or requests to reschedule the appointment on the day of.

Dr. Klepper is a wonderful psychiatrist. She is emphatic and easy to talk to. She understands the impact of trauma and is willing to join the patient in her most painful moments and steer her towards healing. I value her capacity to explore the patient/doctor relational issues in a constructive way. I just love her as a doctor.

We love Dr. Klepper. She has helped our son so much with his anxiety and ADHD. We thought he had depression but that turned out not to be the case. He was just overly frustrated because he couldn't get his work done.

Dr. Klepper did not seem comfortable talking with my daughter or myself and did not seem interested in what we were saying. She did not fully explain condition and recommended/prescribed medications. All appointments with Dr. Klepper have been repeatedly cancelled by the doctor, we changed doctors. The woman who handles Dr. Klepper's schedule is rude, demeaning and interrupts constantly and told me to disregard the doctor's medical advice!

unprofessional; ofice staff rude; no one in practice covers of each other; they take excessive funds and provide no follow up. No phone calls are returned and office staff trained to say, "doctor not in"

I do not feel as though she was really interested in what was going on. It did not seem as though she paid any attention to me or even cared. I would not recommend her to anyoen.
