Dr.Lapointe has been my Doctor 4 years. I have several serious health concerns. She always goes the extra mile and is more than prepared, making sure that meds that help one condition doesn't harm another. Very patient. The staff there is awesome!

Excellent always. Very knowledgeable. I have 4 somewhat serious conditions. She has been very dedicated in helping me. Easy to talk to and I've made positive progress

Dr. LaPointe is excellent. She has been on top of everything. Very easy to talk to. Very thorough. Appreciate all she has done for me. The Watertown Internists are awesome, the Lab is impeccable.

Dr is very thorough, caring, and easy to talk to. Staff is efficient but could be a bit more talkative and cheery, in my opinion.

Always courteous & attentive. Nurse also courteous and attentive. Desk staff have on occasion been less than courteous.
