Dr. Julie Ann Long, MD

Dr. Long is easy to talk to and she is very thorough with the information she provides and my understanding of my health condition. She explained my MRI and showed me the readings and what my options are. Unfortunately the office always runs behind schedule and I’ve had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. My recent appointment went past their office hours, the staff left and I was told they didn’t forget me.

On time, professional, and attentive to my needs. Dr. Long, as well as her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m comfortable with her plan of care.

Dr. Long is absolutely amazing. She just cares about the health of her patience and takes whatever time is necessary to make sure she covers whatever you need.

I went this afternoon to my 4:30PM appointment. I left at 5:30PM without seeing Dr. Long. No one said anything to me, I sat there for 1 hour and left, I think it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to make patients wait an hour to be seen. Please refund my $50 co-payment.

Dr. Long was AMAZING!!!! She was thorough and explained everything in length to me. I felt like there is hope for me.She like a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend her!!! She's very thorough in her explanation she goes into detail with regards to the procedures in regards to the surgeries. She gives you a written documentation so you can do your own research and bring additional questions that you may have missed or have an asked and you can look up the information in regards to what the procedure entails and she's willing to give you advice regarding those procedures just in case you have a misinterpretation. Her staff is amazing

I had a 3pm appointment and there was an emergency that took one of the doctors away. I ended up getting in at 3:45 but she still did not rush the visit and explained everything very clearly.

Only my 2nd visit with Doctor Long. The only problem that concerns me is the length of time between my arrival and her actually coming in my room. I arrived early, it took approximately 1.5 hrs. before I was called into a room, approximately 10 minutes for a quick xray, she was actually going to the room next door who wasn't ready, so she came into my room. My entire visit was right around 3 hrs. This was just a conversation.
