Well, apparently I'm not the only person who has been "fired" by Dr. Mariotti. When I asked if I could have a necessary medication refilled in order to tide me over until my new appointment with another provider, I received no response. When I asked to merely speak to Dr. Mariotti about the reason why I was patient dumped, the receptionist was rude and simply told me "No." She seemed very compassionate at first, but then did a 180. Would not recommend. At one point, I thought about writing her a letter, explaining how disappointed I was, but it wasn't worth my time. The only reason I'm writing this review is to let other people know about my experience.

So disappointed in our recent experience. My husband and I were assigned to her through ours insurance. While I very much loved her care and bedside manner when I saw her, I was greatly disappointed when my husband experienced a medical emergency (a ruptured Achilles' tendon) that required him to be seen quickly and referred to a surgeon. The reception staff would only offer him an appointment for 10 days out. When I explained the urgency and offered to have the MRI sent over to validate our concern, the receptionist sharply said she didn't have time for this and hung up the phone on us. Needless to say, we found another primary care physician who was able and willing to care for my husband in a timely manner for his injury, allowing him to get in for surgery within 48 hours.

Front staff are bullies. Very unprofessional. I liked Dr. M for the past 10 years. Then one day, when their office messed up a prescription (value of $12) and I asked them to credit my account $12. Dr. M fired me as a client because my guess is that she hates to admit that she make a simple mistake. Or she lets the bully recepts run her office - which I think is more like it. Glad I found a new doc that was more into testing with diagnosis than just "your fat". Found out that the person that referred me to her in the first place (and other friends & family) - Dr. M fired them all too....

Julie always takes the time to talk with you ask how things are going. She puts you at ease and going to the doctor is actually ok.

You would be lucky to have Dr. Mariotti as your doctor. She cares and listens. She'll take the time to talk through health issues and come up with possible solutions. She is awesome!

I had a complete physical. Three days later I had a major heart attack. But I am not mad about that. It happens. What gets me is that no doctor or nurse or medical professional ever has the right to tell a patient they can be "difficult." The patient is there for help, not abuse.

Dr. Mariotti is a God send for me.I was having alot of emotional issues and she talked and explained after listening to me and medication I'm feeling better than possibly I ever have.Having to sit in the waiting room has never been over 15 min.I do understand emergencys happen and as long as its been explained to me there has been an emergency thats put my appt. behind I can than understand the extra waiting.
