Dr. Julie Gordon Masters, DO

I had never been to an OB/GYN before and went to her with my first pregnancy. I almost always waited an hour for her appointments.

Abandoned us in a time of great need. Ignored us all day. She puts on a good face and nice talk but is ultimately fake. Very good manipulator. She's all over the place and too busy to take on new people. Hands you off to her colleagues who could also care less about you. If you want someone who will hurt you worse than any other doctor, go to her and her associates.

Although Dr. Julie is a caring physician, the office she has chosen to affiliate with is very poorly run. Staff is unfriendly and inefficient. Most of the time they don't acknowledge patients at all. If you are trying to accomplish anything by phone - forget it! They put you on hold and never get back to you OR they tell you they will call you back and never do. I have had many overcharges on my bill and have tried to reconcile it but cannot reach a person to do so. Very frustrating and I will not return here nor recommend it.

I had to find a new doctor and so I had looked at different ones online that accepted my insurance. I have never felt more comfortable with a new doctor. It was like I had been seeing her for years. She was extremely compassionate and made me feel at ease. I truly couldn't have found a better doctor.

Dr. Masters has delivered 2 of my children, and since I have moved, I travel back for appointments. I recently had a longer wait for an appointment, but once I was with her, I remembered that it's worth the wait! Excellent doctor!

You can wait the whole day to be seen

Back in 2005 I was looking for a gynecologist to go to as I was pregnant for the first time. I drove my car around the area I live and found this office where they had only women gynecologist. I feel blessed to have met Dr. Masters and be her patient; she is sweet, loving, caring, and very smart. Dr. Masters is special because her beauty comes natural from inside to outside :)

Love love love Dr. Maters! I had a very difficult delivery and she helped me to much through it! Very sweet woman!

As a women who experienced sexual trauma as a child, I made the choice to not have children and to never see a OBGYN. Well much to our shock, after 9 years of marriage my husband and I found out we were going to have a baby. (Still not sure how that happened LOL!) My best friend used another doctor in the office so she called and explained the situation and the ladies at the front desk suggested Dr. Masters. From the start, Dr. Masters went WAY of of her way to make sure my fears were addressed. Given that I ended up with a heart and sugar issue early on, this was no small task for her to do. She even set it up so Pam (the nurse who teaches the birth classes at the hospital) would be my nurse for delivery. To Pam's credit, she stayed 10+ hours after her shift so that she would be with me during the entire delivery. Dr. Masters, Pam and the office staff where all wonderful. Dr. Masters and Pam showed a level of compassion that they did not have to. 5 years later, we have moved… 4.5 hours away from Dr. Master's office. But I willing make the drive and always will.

I love Dr. Masters. I've been her patient since 2005 and she has delivered both of my children. She is so nice and is caring. She thinks about you and is always up beat and friends. I've referred as many people as i can to her. I would recommend her to anyone in the Oakland County area!!!
