I have been searching for a doctor, but after reading this one negative review I think I will continue looking. No one needs rude people today.

I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. I made an appointment with Dr. McConnell and the office confirmed my appointment three times. The office called me 10 minutes before I was supposed to arrive and cancelled my appointment. The courteous thing to do would have been to call me earlier in the day or reschedule me with someone else since I was 10 minutes from the office. The person checked, but could not do anything. When she was done speaking she said sorry and hung up. I guess she did not care if I was angry. There are plenty of good doctors out there. Don't waste your time with an office that shows no concern for the patient or the patients time.
