First visit to a podiatrist for a toenail tuned black several weeks ago. She explained the length of time for healing, trimmed the nail material, and left me very happy with her service overall.

I only gave this a one star due to the fact I had to pick a star to start this review. This office is totally incompetent. My mother was referred to Dr. Miller after being seen in the emergency room for a fractured foot. When we made the appointment the next day which was Monday, we were told we would need the x-rays and notes from the ER visit. I had Dr. Miller's office on the phone with me when I requested the records from the hospital and were told they would send the records and we would be able to come in and see Dr. Miller. After I got my mom in to the office- mind you my mom walked in with a fractured foot - we were ushered into the exam room to see the doctor. Dr. Miller came in and stated she did not have the x-rays and would not be able to help my mom out until she saw the actual X-rays. The office staff did not tell us they did not receive the X-rays only the report. So a waste of time and effort getting my mom into the office. Dr. Miller stated we could wait a week… or so to get the X-rays from the hospital or we could go and have the X-rays repeated and sent us the another location for x-rays. After driving my mom to the x-ray location and having her walk to the office we see that this location was closed and not doing x-rays due to Covid 19. After not hearing anything from the office, on Wednesday, I went to the hospital to pick up the X-rays and dropped them off at Dr. Miller's office. We were told she would be in the Menifee office until Thursday but would be back on Friday. I called on Friday to see if Dr. Miller had reviewed the x-ray and was told she had not but they were on her desk with a note from me asking for a call back. Here we are on Monday and I called the office to only be told she is not in the Murrieta office today but is in the Menifee location and the girl at the front desk tells me she will have the doctor look at them and will call me back. I asked how is she going to look at them when she is in another office location and she stated, "Oh we can scan them to her for her to look at them." I asked if that is the case why wasnt that done in the first place when I dropped them off last Wednesday and instead we had to wait for an entire week to finally find this out?! This office has no sense of urgency and a complete lack of communication with the doctors and patients.

My wife had pain in her toe nail so she visited Dr. Miller in this office. First off there is no social distancing taking place in the waiting area. When she saw Dr. Miller, the doctor scraped her toe and told her that she would send what she scaped to the lab for analysis. It looks like my wife has an ingrown toe nail. It has now been a month and my wife's toe has not gotten better. Dr. Miller did not follow up with a phone call, an email or any other method of communication with the lab results. We called the office on a Friday and were told that Dr. Miller would call on Monday with the results. It is now Tuesday and no phone call has been made from Dr. Miller or the office. We called the office again today Tuesday and were told that Dr. Miller works on Tuesday in Menifee and that a note is still on her desk to call my wife. It is nice to know that Dr. Miller doesn't care about her patients or their foot health. Not only did she do nothing to help my wife, follow up with… the lab results she didn't have the decency to call. She however had no problem with billing our insurance and the lab billed our insurance with a remaining balance for us to pay. Why would you send anything to be analyzed at a medical lab if you don't plan on getting the results, analyzing the results and following up with you patient? I would not recommend Dr. Miller or her lack of medical foot care to anyone. If you have foot or toe pain save your time and more importantly your money and go to any other Podiatrist than Dr. Miller because she doesn't care if your toe hurts or not.
