Dr. Julie Muche, MD

Dr. Muche is an amazing doctor in general AND an amazing pain doctor. I have been her patient for several years now. She not only helps manage my pain, as I am physically disabled, she listens, reviews my labs and gets specialists involved when action is needed but overlooked by other physicians. She randomly drug tests to make sure I don't get sucked down a hole. It's never been just about pills, she's ordered PT & OT come to my home & other non opiate/non medical options. Recently, I had my gallbladder removed, 3 weeks later I was in the ICU for a week with sepsis & post surgical issues. She has been amazing listening & allowing me to be apart of my recovery plan, tapering me off the higher doses of pain meds so I don't become reliant on addictive medications and so the DEA won't come in and take my access to other medications I absolutely need to control symptoms of my physical disability. She is unlike any other pain doctor I've had in the past. Her methods should be the gold… standard in pain management & treatment of pain patients.

She is thorough in follow-up and keeps you advised via the patient portal. Her expertise is commendable and has a very pleasant demeanor. We need more doctors like her. She obviously loves her work.

I’m now recovering from a fusion back surgery that would have taken many more years, if ever, to have been diagnosed without her intervention. I consider her to be the most knowledgeable and personable doctor I’ve ever been to and am saddened that she’s leaving but I’m excited to know that she’ll be teaching others her diagnostic skills. FAILURE, WORST PAIN DOCTOR I HAVE EXPERIENCED, BROKE AN EARLIER AGREEMENT THAT IF EPIDURAL DID NOT WORK SUFFICIENTLY THAT SHE WOULD USE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF DEADENING NERVES. WHEN IN FACT EPIDURALS FAILED, SHE FORGOT ABOUT ORIGINAL AGREEMENT (FROM FIRST APPT), AND WOULD NOT ADMINISTER ANY PAIN RELIEF (WHICH I WAS AVOIDING ALL NARCOTICS, BUT I KNOW THAT ALTERNATIVES DO EXISTS). SHE LEFT ME SUFFER IN A VERY IN A VERY INHUMANE MANNER. SHE INSISTED FOR ME TO DO BACK SURGERY, WHICH I WAS VERY CLEAR I WAS NOT GOING TO DO BACK SURGERY (WAS TOLD DUE TO MY PHYSICAL HEALTH I WOULD NOT MAKE IT OFF ANY SURGERY TABLE), BUT SHE INSISTED AND I WAS CONTACTED BY A SURGEON TO SET UP AN APPT, MUCHE DID THIS AFTER THE FACT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PAIN DOCTOR AT ALL COST (THERE ARE OTHER HUMANE PAIN DOCTORS). SHE IS HATEFUL AND STUBBORN AND CANNOT SEEM TO LISTEN TO THE PATIENT, SHE'S A GODDESS IN HER OWN MIND. SHE CREATED SERIOUS STRESS OVER MY OWN PAIN ISSUES....I GET THE IMPRESSION SHE… NEEDS SOME SERIOUS MENTAL HEALTH HELP HERSELF.

Really like Doctor MUCHE you can talk to her and she remembers everything she's quick with referrals very fast and precise you can't find these doctors anymore with socialized medicine thank you Doctor MUCHE you're awesome care!

I have been a patient of Dr. Muche for 2 1/2 years. She has been awesome helping me to figure out whats going on with my symptoms. She's patient and thorough while treating me, and her staff are always accessible when i need them. All the staff at the homestead location are the same way kind,loving and professional.They are now like extended family to me.Overall Dr. Muche has been extremley thorough in diagnosing my symptoms and treating them by any means neccesary convential and otherwise.I am very satified overall with her care.
