Dr. Julie Lynn Oberly, MD

I was a patient for many years.

I'm tired of being treated poorly by the staff in the front. Some people might appreciate Dr. Oberly's Judeo-Christian values, but I prefer not to be morally judged in the examination room. It might be justified if the shaming was for refusing to listen to legitimate medical advice; this is not quite the case. The homophobia is subtle, probably well-meaning from her faith-based perspective; however, I think doctors should stick to healing bodies with science, and leave the souls for the preachers. I'll be taking my business to a more professional practice.

Dr. Oberly is amazing. She has a wonderful bed-side manner, and it she is terrific with her patients. The challenge is getting through the front office staff. They are very challenging and appear to not want to do their jobs. The female front office member is very rude, unprofessional, and demanding. She posed nothing but challenges when my elderly mother was trying to resolve her questions.

Dr Oberly has always been very thorough and courteous. She very patient and attentive taking adequate time with me. Sometimes her staff can seem a bit curt, but I chalk that up to a bad day.

Dr. Oberly treated me very unprofessionally when I needed her most.
