Absolutely the worst experience as an existing patient. Not available for days. Couldn't even a call back from nurse. Forced to go out of network to get assistance. I will be finding another primar care doctor.

She is a great doctor, but you will never see her if you are sick. Most likely, you will see the nurse practitioner. Lately, I have waited two days to get in to even see them. Finally gave up and ended up going to Care Now.

After 15 years at this practice but seeing other practitioners, I have been seeing Dr Olivo for the past 2 or so years and finally feel like I have a 'family' doctor to trust.

Dr Olivo is very nice but my kids have never seen her when sick. She is never available or there. Other doctors in the office don't see her patients. We are switching doctors, I've wasted too long just because she's so nice at the well visits but it sucks when they are sick.

Dr. Olivo is very kind and personable however it is very difficult to get an appointment with her. Most likely you will end up seeing a Nurse Practitioner or someone else who works in the office and just hope that Dr. Olivo might stop by for a couple of minutes. Also the Nurse prescribed the wrong amount of medicine for our four week old son and didn't seem to care that we were concerned about certain issues regarding his health. Finding another doctor now.
