Dr. Julie Trupti Patel-Pannullo, MD

have been trying to reach Dr. Patel Panullo's practice to schedule a post-hospital appointment without success for five days. I have sent urgent messages on three occasions through her administrative system without success. Still waiting....... not even a text back in kind. I am doing so on behalf of my elderly father. Can't imagine how frustrating this would be for an elderly person without help.

She is a good doctor but her office stuffs are very unreasonable, horrible, ridiculous. They always make me think that doing me a big favor but they never realized that we are paying their salary!! waiting time on the phone is beyond unacceptable.

Mr. Stona who answered the phone was absolutely ridiculous. It takes way too long to get a hold of someone on the phone. Considering this site makes this doctor seem like a reputable professional it's shame she has such bad receptionists on duty. I am beyond the most patient person but this was completely disturbing.
