Dr. Julie Ilene Ring

My whole family has been going to Dr. Ring for 15+ years. Dr. Ring is very professional, likable, patient, and explains things well. I have never felt pressured into any unncessary procedures. Also, the office has always tried to work with me in getting in as quickly as possible for emergencies.

Save yourself a lot of headaches and go to another dentist! Dental procedures were not completed correctly and billing for services we did not agree to nor did the insurance cover. Other charges erroneously appeared after we paid our bill, and her own office people had no clue what they were for. There is a reason there has been so much turnover in her office.

Getting messages to schedule a cleaning appointment. When the stay at home has not been lifted due to Covid19! Greedy Dentist. That is not an emergency. Will not go back to her

I started with Dr. Ring about 5 years ago when I sought a second opinion from her after my current dentist had sold his practice to someone who had graduated only weeks before. Dr. Ring was able to suggest a better treatment that has served me well for years. I ended up switching to her as my primary dentist and both my wife and I have had great success.

How could you charge me $230.00 To reset a Gold Crown that fell off That you installed 10 years ago and I had no decay and the Crown was In perfect shape that took 10 minutes To reinstall and you can still sleep peacefully??? Just my thoughts!!! Brian Reglue

Poor doctor...begged us to come back after my daughter had to return twice for a filling to be fixed. Then my son ran into traffic coming to her office...called to say he was late due to an accident and they cancelled his appt and then proceeded to bill us for a missed appointment. 1st time ever late and every other time they let us sit in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes. We negated the bill and paid the appropriate portion stating it was our final payment and they now sent us to collections over $50. Lost 2 patients because of this. Stupid really...but I guess refusing to give up $50 and receiving yet another bad review is worth it since their practice is so bad. Maybe Dr. Ring should quit recruiting patients on Facebook and get back to figuring out how to run a better office. I should have read these reviews before going there. Many better offices to visit in St. Louis. Avoid this one!

The staff is rude and only cared about bills and don't listen to patient. The wrong prescription was prescribed and unnecessary treatment was done. Won't recommend to anyone to go.

They mad because their employees didn't do a good job with our paperwork and refused to pay me back money owed because the ins company refused to pay them since they could not provide what was needed but MY RECEIPTS SHOW I PAID MY PORTION. NOW THEY ARE THREATENING ME TO SEND MY BILL TO COLLECTION. TRY IT AND SEE YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME. I HAVE MY ORIGINAL RECEIPTS FROM MY PROVIDER. LOL. I WARNED YOU IF I GOT ANOTHER BILL I WOULD WRITE A REVIEW. FACTS. YOU HARD UP FOR MONEY NOW??? NOT MY FAULT. PICK BETTER EMPLOYEES

I missed an appointment for a cleaning about one year ago. The previous cleaning had gone well and I was happy with the service. I rescheduled, and as fate would have it, I missed that appointment too. My life was hectic in 2017, but it was my fault I missed the appointments. Fast forward to about a month ago, I get a phone call from her staff wanting $100 for two missed appointments. I asked if I scheduled another cleaning if that would be waived with my apologies, to which she said, "no." Apparently, she wanted the fee more than the possibility of me missing yet another appointment. I get that. I didn't pay the fee that day over the phone, so I received a letter from National Healthcare Collections, LLC for the $140. I just paid it today over the phone. My advice: If you are the type of person like me that misses appointments, avoid this dentist at all costs. They are unforgiving. I'll be looking for an office that's more forgiving while I try a bit harder to keep to… my appointments.

Have been going to Dr. Ring for 15+ years. Her office is an up to date facility and I have always had great service there. They also have extended hours so when I was working I was always able to get appointments before or after work. Karen at the front desk is as nice as they get. The hygienists are excellent too. I was worried when my hygienist of 10+ years, Crystal, left but my next hygienist was just as good. I plan on being a patient of Dr. Ring's for years to come.
