Dr. Julie Ann Ronyak, DO

I showed up, but was told that she wouldn't be there that day. They cited "family" I can understand that, but shouldn't they have let me know ahead? Trip for nothing. Well, I guess she can give shots - -

Have been seeing Dr Ronyak for the past 12 years as my primary doctor. She is pleasant to speak with, very attentive and thorough in her diagnosis. She does not jump to treating you with more pills but rather tries other alternatives first. Compassionate.

I was given prevacid for 2 years, and then told that it is not for long term use.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ronyak's for over two years now. She is an AMAZING doctor!!!

Dr. Ronyak is very thorough in her approach to diagnosing a problem. If you are up front with her, she'll be up front with you. I would highly recommend her as a primary care provider. The front office staff however, needs to be a little more caring and put themselves out to help their patients~~they tend to brush you off. I have not had a problem with the nurses at all.

A great doctor

Dr Ronyak is always a great Dr to me. She has treated me with respect and knowlege. After several moths of not seeing her she remembered me, and complimented a new hairstyle.I go to my scheduled appointments on time and am always in the office within 5 minutes and am left in the medical room less than 5 minutes waiting to see her. I think she is great. The only problem I have had is transfering medical files from other facilities and getting approval from insurance for tests that I have needed, but that isn't from her offices end.I have recomended her to family, she is great.

I went to her with a medical problem I have been having and she literally laughed at me and asked me what I wanted her to do. That's why I went to her, because she's the doctor, she's supposed to know what to do.

My first problem was at her request I scheduled a double appointment when she put me on insulin and was going to instruct me on how to use the pen injection system. It was the last appointment of the day and she obviously wanted to leave. I took my husband with me who described it as the bum's rush. I found out later that she did not give me all of the information I needed to preform the shot properly. Then when I called in for a refill for my pen needles her office girl refused to take the request. Walgreen's told me there was no number on my pen needle and handled the refill for me. I had asked that Dr. Ronyak call me and she was never given the request. I feel that the overall professionalism is very lacking at this practice.
