Dr. Julie Beth Yelin, MD

Stay away. She would not listen to my wife and would repeatedly cut her off in mid-sentence, reminding her the "she was the doctor!!!" She kept prescribing her more and more progesterone, despite my wife's repeated concerns about her energy level and other effects. Terrible "bed-side" manner and zero communication. Again, stay away.

My wife and I were interested in an alternative to traditional Dr. healthcare and specifically bioidentical hormone therapy to optimize our harmones, increase strength, muscle and stay healthy during these retirement years. Dr. Yelin has provided that treatment and more!! She has encouraged eating healthy as well and the results thus far have been amazing. She cares about us and genuinely wants us to be healthy and well, not just a patient and has been great. No prescription drugs. She is just what we were looking for!!

She has a terrible demeanor and charges heavy fees (or fines). She has a $125.00 72 hr cancelation fee, $100 prolong office visit fee (if you go 1 minute over 30 minutes) and a $50 refill fee in addition to her office visit fee. She wants you to buy the supplements she sells, which she spends most of the office visit pushing on you. Don't waste your time with her. Much more professional doctors out there to help you.

Dr. Yelin is like no other doctor I have been to. She spends a lot of time with each patient herself and really explains everything so you understand. I suffered for years before I saw Dr. Yelin and I felt better after just a week of her treatment!
