Dr. Julie Lyn Zweig, MD

I took my child in because of throat tightening and not being able to eat. We left with no advise, instruction... nothing. But did order us to go get bloodwork done for food allergies and come back in a few weeks for more allergy testing. When I called into their office a few days later to ask if the labs were in they said they were but could not be released to me. I told the nurse that my child had not been able to eat for over 5 days and we needed the lab results for our appt with a GI specialist. They said the GI specialist would have to send in the request. I’m sorry but WE are the ones that paid for the lab. I really felt that she did not care for the welfare of my child.

Waited 40 minutes found her to be rude and rushed. Didn’t not see evidence of a good bedside manner that others talk about, to me she seemed cocky and forced

I had an initial appointment today with Dr. Julie Zweig. Her bedside manner was a relief. I felt like she listened to me and wasn't rushed. I also observed an impressive overall morale from everyone that worked there, great company culture and hard to find these days.

I had an inner ear problem that was unmanageable and almost impossible to deal with. I was desperate for someone to help me and the entire staff was very understanding and attentive. Their goal on each visit was to do everything they could to solve my problem. I felt that Dr. Zweig went way above the call of duty and was truly concerned for me. Now I am better and the problem is under control, due to her true caring about me. She is the best ENT I have found and she never ignored or minimized my problem. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone who is searching for the best around.
