Dr. Julieann Schwartzbeck Parker, MD

Dr. Parker is truly the best OBGYN. She has been my doctor for 6+ years and has seen me through two pregnancies. She is always so personable, so patient, hears your concerns, and the easiest to talk to. I would recommend her to anybody.

Love Dr. Parker!! She delivered my second baby and was great. This pregnancy was a completely different experience from my first and much more enjoyable. A great doctor makes all the difference and I highly recommend Dr. Parker

I just moved into town and someone had recommended this practice to me. My husband and are were thinking about baby #2 so I wanted to find a doctor I felt comfortable with and since my schedule can get a bit crazy with traveling, I wanted to find a practice that could accomodate my schedule to a reasonable point. If ease of scheduling is important to you,DO NOT even try this office. I went early for my appointment and waited 2 HOURS until finally the doctor came into the room to see me. I thought her nurse had forgotten about me. I understand things come up but no one came to check in on me or told me she was running late or behind, she did not even apologize for the wait. Dr. Parker sort of disregarded my concerns about Zika (I had recently travel to a place where is present) even though I was trying to concieve. She did instruct me to wait but she also said people were making a huge deal out of it so part of me felt disregarded. I also told her about recommendations that other… doctors had given me regarding pap smears and she just said "we are not that progressive in this office" and went ahead with the test anyway without much explanation. Two months later I got pregnant and tried to find another Dr. in the same practice and came to find the horrible system they have to schedule appointments. First off, you cannot just see another Dr; your current Dr. has to "release you" and the new Dr. has to take you in, I was fine with that. I put in the request and after a week I still didnt have an answer so I inquired and was told to contact the Dr.'s nurse. The nurse had not even gotten the request but she promised to follow up. I was finally "released" but the "scheduling" desk told me they couldnt make an appointment for me because they had to ask the new Dr.'s nurse. Then I got a call telling me the appointment time and I was going to travel that week so they told me they had to check with the nurse AGAIN and then get back to me. After 2 more days (After I had waited pretty much 2 weeks for an appointment to be scheduled) I got a call and got an appointment at a time it was not going to work since my husband wanted to come as well but he has a standing meetings those days. I was so afraid I was not going to be able to see a Dr. that I left it as it was anyway. I called 2 more Doctors the following day and they could fit me in 2 weeks sooner as a NEW patient, at a time it was convenient for both myself and my husband. I even called my current Dr.'s practice and told them and they said thy were sorry but all the female doctors were super busy and had very packed schedules...there was nothing they could do. I told them I was sorry but I was going to be taking my business elsewhere and I'm so happy I did. The new practice I'm going is even nicer with newly remodeled lobby, minimal waiting time and everyone was very pleasant, most importantly my Dr. is super nice and spent lots of time with us, answering all of my husband crazy questions. Also, in my only time that I went there, the front office desk lady called for a lady and asked told her right in front of me that she had an oustanding balance and she had to pay right away. The lady said something and then her husband had to come in and they both had to explain that they were waiting for the insurance to process the claim so they would know how much it was their part. Front desk way of handling this was very tasteless so yet another reason for you to look elsewhere.

One of the best doctors that we've ever had. We were referred to Dr. Parker after being with the previous OBGYN for over 10 years, and we wished we had changed doctors sooner. Dr. Parker and her staff provided us quality care and treated us like we were people and not just a number. She's been great and we were so lucky to have her as our doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Parker for 4 years now. She is excellent and I would recommend her to any friend of mine! In face, two of my co workers have started seeing her and they love her as well. She is very personable and always professional. I can't see why any one would feel any different!

Dr. Parker was great! Her bedside manner during OB check ups is very pleasant. She was attentive, answering any and all questions/concerns I had. I liked that she didn't come across as judgemental with my concerns. She is very hardworking - not at all lazy. I'm sorry for the other reviewer's problems with paperwork, but Dr. Parker was great with me. She delivered my child, and I am only sorry that we moved out of state! I'd still go to her given the opportunity. I recommend her to all my friends back home!

She is lazy & incompetent. She neglected me as a patient, and misplaced my medical paperwork..
