Dr. Juliet Dana Burry, MD

I have been a patient since 2015 and Dr. Burry has always been kind and professional with me. Though not all injections have worked, she does her best to recommend the best course of treatment. The office staff is nice and Takeisha at the front desk always has a smile; something that is needed in a pain clinic. Overall, I recommend Dr. Burry if you need a pain management.

I have been seeing Dr. Burry for over 10 years for bulging discs. I wanted to avoid surgery as long as I could . She is a caring person along with her staff. I could not be in the workforce without her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burry for 3 years. She has always been polite, interested in what I have to say, and concerned about my treatment. It is true that the office staff has changed frequently but that is not unusual. I consider myself lucky to have found Dr. Burry.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burry for 3 years and have no issues with her, it's her office staff that leaves little to be desired. The staff when I first became a patient was great!, they were all so kind and personable. Unfortunately, over the last year or so all the original staff has left and the turn over rate is now so high, that I see a new face every appointment. Some of this new group are extremely unprofessional and rude to patients. I have personally felt as though I was treated poorly by snippy office staff and have considered finding a new doctor so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore....I still may. The office staff is not just extremely rude however, they're incompetent too. Numerous times I have had to straighten out billing errors(overbilling), call about referrals, and reschedule appointments because the front office didn't get the authorization they needed prior to my visit. Further, the wait time past the scheduled appointment time is another issue. I have… waited almost two hours past my appointment before because of office staff incompetence, but the usual wait is well over 30 minutes. Overall I would say I like Dr. Burry, her office is clean and nicely decorated ( although the bathroom toilet placement is poorly thought out for disabled people ), but her office staff is horrible.

Did not explain procedure prior to performing it. Procedure was extremely painful. Doctor left procedure room immediately and did not have any follow up after procedure.

Dr. Burry and her staff make it an enjoyable visit. I have been going there now for about 6 months and I am thankful I found her. Dr.Burry has went several routes to treat my back pain and has thoroughly explained what is going to happen and what to expect each time. Dr. Burry does not rush you during appts but instead listens to what is going on. My husband is greeted every time he goes with me and I have never seen a staff be that courteous.(I think he just goes for the mints) I have never had excessive wait times and I have went in the morning and afternoon. Just a warning though Dr. Burry is always so pleasant your day might be turned around if you go in there in a bad mood. Thank you Dr.Burry and staff for all you do.

Dr. Burry helped me when other doctors wanted to do surgery. She was able to manage my pain level with steroid injections. She is VERY professional and a good bed side manner. I would recommend her to anyone who suffers from chronic pain.

Absolutely one of the best doctors I have been to. Dr. Burry took the time to find out exactly what was going on and we made a plan to get my back and neck back to normal. She actually writes things down and is concerned about your well being. Refreshing to find a doctor that doesn't just want to write prescriptions and send you on your way. I would recommend her to anyone. Also her staff is very nice and friendly. Plus side is that the office is beautiful and relaxing. Blessed to have been referred there so I can get back to living a life with no pain.

The office was so nice and the staff could not have been more pleasant and caring! Finally! A doctor that wants to fix me instead of medicate me to death! I am so happy to have found Dr Burry and her office of caring professionals. I can breathe easy now knowing I'm in good hands from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Thank you!
