Broke multiple HIPPA laws every visit. Very unprofessional staff.

Office Staff will not return a phone call, can't get prescription renewal or anything else. Office wait time is too long. Doctor is good but staff ruins the experience by total lack of response. Never get a person when calling. Msg says 2 day response but seldom actually get a response. Totally unacceptable!

Never have I called and been referred to an office that never retunes a phone call and will not let you make appointment. Just tell everyone you are lazy and don’t want to take more clients so you can take off all the time

Dr. Saad takes her time with you, listens to your every concern, talks to you.. I have complete confidence in Dr. Saad.. I would highly recommend her

When we first started going to Dr. Saad, we loved her, but her office staff was a nightmare and over booking and wait time was terrible. Our appointment would be at 2 PM and we would get out of her office around 6 PM or later. You would never get a call back for any type of message that you left - never. She was wonderful with me. I'm still having migraines, but she did discover that I had MS which no doctor had been able to give me a diagnosis for - they just kept telling me that I was a mystery to them. She listens most of the time, but sometimes she does get in a hurry. You just have to be patient with her sometimes. I'm hard to give medicine to for migraines because I'm just about allergic to every pain medicine there is...what's left? I have not idea. My hospital and doctor's office around here (Greenwood) have all told me not to come back because they do not know what to give me for the pain. So I have learned to live with it unless I want to be admitted into the hospital for… a migraine. Sad, but true. They have certainly improved in the front office. The wait time is much better most times. You do get calls returned though not necessarily on the same day unless you actually talk to the front desk. If you leave a message, forget it. Talk to someone! When it has been an emergency, I stress that to them and they call me back immediately. I email Dr. Saad and her staff answers me rather quickly. She is an excellent doctor and I'm glad that she is making an effort to streamline her front office. Her new hires are so much better than her old front office staff. Her nursing staff is very good - never had a problem with any of them. Glad that she is making the time to work through all the problems that this office had when we first started going to her. If she hadn't, we probably would have changed doctors. I love her, she is an excellent doctor.

I love Dr.saad her wait times are very long 2-3 hrs but she is very thourough during the exam. I've been to several and she Is the best by far . the front end staff are very pleasant, However her nurses and/or techs are not so pleasant they are rude and want you to answer their questions but don't like you to ask any questions they have even cut me off before. tried calling the nurse for months still have yet to receive a call back concerning meds. Sad because Dr.Saad is so kind and caring.

Doctor Saad is my third neurologists. My other ones moved to canada and another just disapeared to columbia...still though, she is a well mannered and focused doc. She even does free seminars outside of office hours! And she carries a old school doc bag she said she got in med school...she's awesome

Have been to this Dr. twice Only got 10 minutes with her after waiting 4 hours each time. Office is very unprofessional -we were placed in a room to wait that was full of other patient charts just lying around everywhere. When we finally saw Dr. Saad, we were interrupted 3 times by her staff with phone messages and personal reminders. When checking out, we were given another patient's paperwork. This place is a HOT MESS. It's a shame, because Dr. Saad has a good reputation. Just not worth what you go through to see her!

My husband had to wait for over a month to even get in the office, we do not have insurance so of had to pay upfront, which is fine, however i feel that the service may have been better had the office had to wait on the payment. The reason I feel that way is because i feel very strongly that i wrote a check at the front desk before ever even being seen. The "customer service" stopped there! I have worked for hospitals and private doctors.. in the front and back office so I completele get the reasoning behind taking the money up front.. what I don't get is that there was NO patient care behind anything else except the actual visit with the doctor. I am still waiting on the "front office to assist in appointments.. i have left message after message because no human will answer the telephone. My husband was told he "may" have a rare and serious disease that could cause him to die within 2 to 5 years.. or maybe it's just a spinal compression that could leave him paralized.. the doctor… said this and said i will have my office make necessary appointments.. the office says " i'm sorry i'm going on vacation so i can't do this for you until i get back a week later"... EXCUSE ME where is the Patient care .. good dr. or not.. we will not be going back..I didn't mind the wait time, or even paying up front, but with a possible diagnosis like that.. come on there is a problem when the communication is as bad as it is in this office. Especially the front office staff!!!!!!!
