Julio Garcia Aguilar and his team saved my life. It may be unbelievable but this doctor's skills surpass all the superlatives that are mentioned about him. If you have a colorectal issue he is the one and only person to see.

Unfortunately needed Dr. García Aguilar's services for a rectal tumor. Thanks to him and his team I am now cancer free and on the road to a full recovery. His surgery skills are only surpassed by his humane nature. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor.

Excellent surgeon but have waited avg of 1 hour for appt in waiting room then at least another 15-30 mins in exam room. Every single time. Ridiculous. Get your act together!

Dr. Garcia is the most human physician I have ever met. He is a honest, concise & very accurate with diagnosis, His staff both in San Francisco and at City of Hope are incredibly understanding, professional and dedicated to your successful recovery. If you have a problem that is Julios specialty, run, dont walk to his office. You wont be disappointed. I traveled from the bay area to Pasadena to have Dr. Garcia take care of me. You be sure that I would never travel that distance if I did not believe that he was the best and that the City of Hope provides the best care of any institution I know of on the west coast.
