I had a good visit everyone was nice.

I continue to be very pleased with this provider and his staff as well as a few other doctors in the Baystate system. Since my heart attack[...], my list of Baystate providers has Increased significantly. I have received extraordinary care through Baystate especially since that time. I really appreciate their expertise as well as the caring and concern showed to me by all Baystate employees. Thank you!!!

A plan was suggested and we are in the process of implementing it. So far so good!

Dr Martinez always reads my chart before I come and knows exactly why I'm there. He is open to talking about herbal remedies or supplements, and does not look down on me for it. He believes my pain is real and talks to me about all the different ways the pain can be triggered, including stress. He provides me with a clearer diagnosis, and allows me to pick my own person for physical or occupational therapy. I walk out of his office with my script for therapy and never ever have to chase him or his office for things like that. He has excellent bedside manner - listens, makes jokes, teaches me, and always willing to listen to every last question I have. (Even the one time when I arrived very late!) His office always calla to schedule my follow up appointment within an hour of when I left the office. Dr Martinez is my gold standard for what a doctor's appointment should be like.

I saw DR Martinez a few times and he is very nice and very smart. I saw 5 different doctors and he found out my diagnosis and order the right tests. Thank you so much I am on a new road to dealing with my issues and hope to feeling better soon!

I found him disengaged and lacked empathy and self-absorbed. I would not recommend him.
