You do not see the Dr. unless you pay a monthly fee. You wait an hour or more in the waiting room and then another 20 min or more in the exam room. Nurse practioner is confused and either forgets one of your medications or gives you the wrong ones. Nurse does not listen about concerns, just pushes it off.

Dr. Julio E. Navarro has always been available when either my wife or I have needed him. He always takes the time to listen and attend to our needs. He is very professional and we are happy to have him as our doctor. Alfred and Joan Wedel

They were caring and concerned. Took the time to answer all my questions an fully explained everything. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. The office itself was very clean and provided a relaxing feeling. The nurse practicioner was awesome and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this practice to my family and friends.

The only person writing negative comments are the ones who can't get their way in your office , But I think you have the best staff ever now. The young girl in front is kind, your MA is funny to talk to and Vee the black girl has your back in every possible way,and the man in front office helps with spanish speaking patients. But your old staff you had was gossiping soon they put me in room to take vitals. So I applaud you for finding a better staff who wants to work. God bless you Dr Navarro and you take care of yourself. :)

The wait time for Dr. Navarro has always been bad except on rare occasions. His staff tries to push you off on the PA's he works with. It has been my experience that the PA's are under qualified and lack an adequate understanding of the English language. Dr. Navarro's follow-up is very poor.
