Dr. Julio Rodriguez, APRN Michelle Adams F. Martinez , Nurses & Offices Staff. Is very nice people & professional, care about patients. I have 8 years and my live in very good condition because of them. My family & freinds said Thanks, I will recommend.

Takes forever to do paper work when there is a million of them. I am aware I am not the only patient but there customer service is horrible.

The office manager is so rude and unprofessional

The doctor is really really nice, really accurate, has a lot of experience. The nurses from the front desk aren't as nice as you will want. They seem to be unhappy about the job they are doing. They don't have the service quality you will expect.

I have been with this doctor 4 yrs, I am leaving because, of his office staff. His office manager, tracy once told me to shut up. When I call the office with medical problems I usually don't receive a call back. Once I waited three days and then I called the nurse and she said yes. I spoke with the doctor about your problem but, I can't remember what he said and I didn't write it down. This kind of stuff happens ALL the time and there is one girl in the front office that is just miserable. I can't put up with this anymore

Amazing staff! They made my son and I feel at home. They asked many questions and listened carefully to ensure they received as much information they could to properly treat my 5 year old. I look forward to the 2nd visit to their office.
