One of the most caring and fun Doctors ever. Literally had nothing but great experiences with him.

Dr. Santiago has been my doctor for many, many years and I trust him explicitly!! He always listens and never misses anything! He’s always researching to find better ways of treating. I never felt rushed at an appointment until my last appointment, not his fault. Love him!!!

Our entire family adults and kids both have seen Dr. Santiago for years and we completely trust and enjoy his judgement and expertise! He knows our family and considers our values each time we come in for care. I totally disagree with one comment here as I am a non believer in medicine and doc and I have an agreement that we try conservative care first and when and if we try meds we do so slowly and the lowest type and level possible with considerable discussion and he greatly values my opinion on this for all of my family members! We have never been rushed to medicate or see a specialist or surgery tx and still I get ALL my questions answered and he listens, quickly as he is extremely busy, and reviews all updates and tx "path" he recommends and we wish to follow. So we would say he is one of the best we have ever used and a STAR in his field. Thank you Doc for making all of our family comfortable and at ease! PS We all love his friendly, fun and awesome personality and it… makes going to your doctor so much easier and calmer. Finally - Yes, his wait time is often a bit longer BUT I have NEVER seen him missing or standing around and when you are BUSY and popular then that takes a BIT longer! The office staff guesses when they schedule your appointment and they are just trying to get everyone in to see a highly requested doctor! This is totally comparable to waiting for a steak or the best eating place in town and you stand in line or a sold out movie line! We want the BEST so we chose Dr. Santiago!

I think the approval ratings for this guy are exaggerated. Santiago is a complete hack. Talks too much, doesn't listen, is a condescending and arrogant Little man, that has mis-diagnosed me numerous times. Not to mention-THIS Dr. is feeding the opiate epidemic. I presume his approval rating may be connected to that fact. Administration is completely dis-interested, and while informed-they have failed to address this situation. Eventually, someone will. Just hope the clinic doesn't end up getting closed after that shoe drops.

Dr. Santiago is always looking for info., listening, and AWESOME personality to patients and staff! I trust his opinion greatly! He remembers why and how he is treating you and really cares! I totally agree with what other reviews say. GREAT DOC! My only complaint is either they are short staffed or NO delegation of duties as office staff f/u paperwork, labs from hospital, phone calls seem lost or do not get done timely as doc scripted! Is going tons better now is Genesis and new computer stuff/ updates. Also, is VERY busy office! But, that just tells me Doc. Is worth waiting for my appointment. Staff is courteous and friendly at each visit. Maybe, ...more communication in office clerical to speed up paperwork etc. and stay on top of f/u etc.

Dr.Santiago listens and responds in a caring manner. I feel very comfortable under his care and treatment.â?º

Dr. Santiago has done so much for our family. He shows he truly cares for his patients. You just don't see that very often anymore! He has done so much for my father since his stroke in 09 and now his cancer. Would recommend him to anyone!

He always takes time to answer questions and figure out what's wrong

Everytime you go you have to wait at least an hour before he comes in sometimes 1.5 hours wasted he doesn't care
