He's not a Dr. you can trust in! Dr. Soto Jr is not honest if you call him on something he makes up excuses that you know is a total lie he acts really friendly like a con artist but he really doesn't care he does the bare minimum just to keep you as a patient he double talks a lot says one thing then turns around and says something else usually the total opposite and his mood will determine your care also it depends if your a woman or man he does do more for a man patient I've seen it just sitting in the waiting room hearing what is said. The staff can get rude mainly the upper staff if you call and talk to a nurse and ask them to ask the dr something a couple of them try to tell you what they think? And when you tell them to please just give the dr the message they get rude and I know of once when the dr didn't even get the message One nurse there is a good nurse the only one I would trust can't think of her name she's been there a long time has sandy blond hair anyway if you want a… Dr who really cares about what you are going through Dr. Soto jr is NOT the one you want!! He's just about money!!

Switched offices because they were not testing regularly as they should be doing when prescribing Truvada. Soto and Couch may be decent enough doctors - they know little of LGBTQ care.
