Dr. Julio Jose Valdes, MD

Been going since the mid 1990's and it has not changed since then, you will wait no matter when you get there, morning, mid morning, afternoon. I have witnessed people argue and fight over signing in first. Dr. Valdes is a wonderful person and professional, the staff that has been there for a long time is also wonderful, but they have not ever learned to manage that office. If you want to see a good doctor, you will have to wait, that is normal procedure and nothing new.

This place is the worst I set a appointment around 10 and it's already 6 and my daughter and I are always the last ones unless some other family doesn't speak Spanish! This place has dirt never no clean rooms or bathrooms and these people are very rude. Why set a appointment when we are always stuck waiting but yet all the Spanish people that come in way after us go before us! Not only that brought a few people and family members to see its not only me. Make sure u bring drinks and snacks if u don't speak Spanish because u will be here til 6 pm.

The best pediatrician in town!

Horrible horrible horrible. When you have an apt. U wait forever. Will be finding a new docotors office. No respect by front counter. Luz is great dr. Valdes is wonderful but he needs better staff and better set up. Shouldn't have to wait almost all day just to be seen especially when your kid is sick

The wait for when you have an appointment is 2 hours in the waiting room and then around 45 to an hour in a room for the doctor. If you don't have an appointment because your child is sick the wait is over 3 or 4 hours before you get a room to wait another hour! They over book every single day! Who ever is managing this office has no clue how to run a successful doctor's office! I was told after waiting 3 hours that there were several appointments a head of me and that they might not be able to see my son. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

My overall experience is great, I just dislike the wait time in the afternoons. If you go early in the morning, you can get in and out pretty quickly.

I have been seeing Dr Valdes for MANY YEARS! He has taken care of us, my sisters,my nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews and my children as well I don't know what we will do if her ever decides to retire. We are all his kids. I LOVE HIM and his staff is GREAT!! The wait time is long though. We still love him! And his wife is very sweet I have NEVER had any problems with anyone there.

I love Dr. Valdes. He has taken care of me and my children for a total of 34 years. My only complaint is the wait time. His nurses, Rosie and Luz, are great! :)

Dr.Valdez is a fantastic dr but has the worst staff they are all rude and have no manners. His wife also works there and she is very rude and nasty very unprofessional cranky woman. The wait there is always horrible wether or not you have an appt wait time is alyas minimum of 2 hours.

Work for some doesn't work for others you will literally wait almost all day. I had a 8 am appt and didn't get in until like 10:30 and got home around 4pm. Always pack a lunch for your child going into this place they are overbook ALL THE TIME. Theres about 1 doctor that is really good there and that is Valdes' niece she is great with kids. Valdes isn't bad either and theres a nurse named Rose is very rude and doesn't give the shots right my sons legs swelled up and couldnt be touched for almost two weeks but Valdes fixed the problem had us come in and talked and gave my son medication for his legs because she DID SCREW IT UP. Be careful of this place.
