Dr. Julissa Mendoza, MD

Dr. Julissa Mendoza is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been caring for patients and families for 15 years. She earned her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at the United States Army Medical Center. Her comprehensive training in family medicine allows her to provide care for patients of all ages, from children through seniors.

Dr. Mendoza practices in APO, AE, where she focuses on treating various forms of back pain, including back pain during pregnancy and in children and teens. She incorporates physical therapy approaches into her treatment plans and utilizes strength training and manual therapy techniques to help patients recover and maintain their health. Her experience in family medicine enables her to address the unique needs of different age groups when treating musculoskeletal conditions.
