Our Daughter has several Medical Conditions. He is always so patient with her. Very Helpful and Knowledgeable. Great Experience every time! Will not take our Daughter to anyone else in regards to ENT, we drive over 45 minutes to come see him!

This is the most incompetent doctors office I have ever been to and surprisingly this was NOT our first visit. I like giving the benefit of doubt but it will not be happening again. I had an appointment for a hearing test for my two children. One appointment was at 3:40 and the other 4pm. We arrived at the office at 3:35pm. At 4:05pm, neither of my children had been seen, I asked the receptionist what was going on and she just said "Oh, he's running a little behind." --- This should've been my warning to run because its the reason we originally stopped going to his office. I said okay, I will give it 10 more minutes. 5 minutes later he came and got my Daughter since my son was in the bathroom, I mentioned the long wait times and he just said "Sorry I was caught up." Okay. He asked why she was there and I said it was because she needed a hearing test... "Well that won't be happening here today. We don't even have an audiologist on. All the ladies up front said was that she was here for… speech problems?" At this point I was pretty ugly. I told the receptionist when I called last week I needed my kids scheduled for hearing tests. SPECIFICALLY SAID HEARING TESTS. They said he was available Monday for hearing tests and that was what was scheduled. So basically for my daughter the appt was a complete waste. There was no need for us to drive 25 minutes. wait over 30 then be told she couldn't even be seen for what she was scheduled for. Next was my son's turn. Another hearing test, "Well he might be old enough for the one we have so lets try it." Fine. At least one of kids will get what they needed done... NOPE wrong again. He hooked him up to a machine(stuff on his head and ears) and had him sitting in a room ALONE (He's 8.) for almost thirty minutes. I finally was like where is my son? and found him and asked if he was almost finished "The machine won't let me finish!" So then the doctor came in and goes "Well we will just take the results we got and see what they say." THE MACHINE WASN'T EVEN TAKING THE TEST. He's like "well they both need to go to NorthEast for hearing tests. We didn't get any results." Basically I spent almost 2 hours in this office to have absolutely NOTHING done for my kids. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR TIME WASTED TIME AND TIME AGAIN.

Horrible experience. Wish I had read other reviews before seeing Dr. Damion.

Very cluttered office, sent me into small cluttered closet room to do ear test on antique machine. Couldn't hear myself think do to office background noise. I liked Dr. Damion but, I think it's time for this dinosaur to retire!!! Appt. was at 1:20 and I finally walked out after waiting over 30 min. at 3:15 after antique hearing test. How rude Dr. Damion...is it all about the money, money, money??? You Suck!! All I wanted was at least a Good patient experience? Will never return!!

Dr. Damion is consistently running an hour behind his scheduled appointments and no apology is made for his lateness. I believe it is a lack of respect for his patients time.

I was very impressed with his patient interaction with my one year old grandson. He was treated great and listened to my daughters concerns and fears. He was treated with respect and I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Damion made my young son feel at ease. My son needed a procedure to replace 2/3 of his eardrum. After meeting Dr. Damion, I knew my son was in safe, capable hands!

My surgery didn't go as well as I'd have hoped and he wasn't too receptive when I spoke about that. He was great with ear problems but recommended a tongue division which he said would be covered by my insurance but was not. My surgery has left me with a funny feeling on the bottom of my tongue which is quite annoying. I'll likely go back for a 3rd follow up appointment to address it again.

Very good at specific sinus surgery but seems to have no interest in overall patient well being or ancillary problems.Seems overly independent regarding his (solo) practice. Also resistant to questions or comments.
