Dr. Jun Ratunil Chiong, MD

Dr. Chiong is a heart specialist I would highly recommend to anybody. He gives excellent advice and treatment. He carefully listens and is very practical. My wife and I always look forward to appointments in his office.

Dr Chiong is my 87 yr old mothers doctor. He comes to her senior living facility to see her. Now my mom needed a cardiologist and he is also a cardiologist ??. He is very personable and wonderful staff. I can always get through to him within a reasonable length of time. Sandy

Every time I've talked to Dr. Chiong whether on the phone or while in his office he has taken the time to listen to me. He explains everything clearly and answers my questions. He made me feel like he genuinely cares. When I needed a copy of my diagnosis to take to my hematologist oncologist Dr Chiong took the time to give me the copy, he didn't put it off on his staff. His office and waiting room are very very clean and organized.

During our darkest moments, while my father was still battling cancer and fighting for his life, a trusted family friend referred Dr. Jun Ratonil Chiong to us. There are no words I could say how much he has helped my father and the entire family though it. He was caring and responsive, positive but direct, sincere, and professional in every way. Even after the specialists at the big hospital have given their dire and discouraging prognosis, Dr. Chiong was there for us, checking on my father's status almost every day. He was an outstanding physician for my father and a great guide to our family through the pain and sadness of witnessing a loved one pass away. It has been a month since my father passed away. I wish we would have met Dr. Chiong years before; I truly believe he would have made a significant difference to my father's well being and longevity.

Needed a physical exam, Dr Chiong office went out of there way to set up the appointment the same day. Dr Chiong as always was very knowledgeable and professional. Been one of the best Dr my wife and I have had in many years. When referrals are needed he is on top of it Very quickly. Excellent Doctor.

We are so happy we came across Dr Chiong and this office! They have been phenomenal to my grandparents. In addition to spending over an hour with them on our first visit to get a real sense of their medical history he also allowed me, my husband and my father who are my grandparents main caregivers in all together while we discussed their various medical conditions not least of which includes late stage dementia which is new to our family. We've not known anyone that's gone through caring for someone with dementia so it has all been very new and fairly traumatic for us as we navigate this relentless and destructive disease with her. He has been so caring, informative and helpful any time we had a question about what was happening. He actually gave us a number we can reach him on directly after hours and on weekends. Given the age and medical issues of my grandparents (78 and 97) we've had to contact him a few times on the weekends and late at night for advice and help. Even… now as I type this, Sunday morning, I was able to get a hold of him because my grandmother fell at 4am today and broke her arm and had to be taken by ambulance for CT and x-rays. I text to let him know and ask advice and within moments I received a text back with further instructions related to her release, care, medications and he had already sent an additional prescription to the pharmacy ready to pick up when the pharmacy opened on Monday. This entire office has always been so incredibly responsive, professional, friendly and all smiles!!! I will not go anywhere else for my grandparents care. This sort of standard of care should be available to everyone by all Dr's but so far...... he's the only one I've found that cares this much about his patients in this area. The level of care is so high it's almost unbelievable. I highly recommend not just this wonderful doctor but the entire staff as well as the pharmacy they use who will deliver to us if we are unable to leave due to my grandparents condition! All around just........AWESOME!

I feel like I found the best doctor in the inland empire. I consider him a friend who happens to be a doctor, and I feel blessed that I was able to find him. I want to give him the highest recommendation possible. He is the only doctor who when he asks you a question, he actually cares. I highly recommend him.

Dr Chiong is truly a great, caring physician. Like others who’ve written reviews, Dr Chiong is my elderly mother’s doctor for the last two years. I oversee her healthcare as she is no longer medically competent to understand and and make decisions. Dr Chiong has made everything so much easier and better for our family. He makes house calls and sees her at home so we don’t have to transport her anywhere. He responds to texts at all times and cares. Prior to Dr Chiong, my mother was on a ton of medicines, several of which I found out weren’t the best for her. Dr Chiong helped me to understand them, which ones weren’t the best, which ones could be eliminated and which ones could be replaced if necessary. She now takes less medicine and is doing better than she has is over 10 years. He is truly a great doctor. In a time when profitability seems to drive most doctors judgment and service, Dr Chiong is the refreshing exception to that rule. He wants the patient to be cared for… FIRST.. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Jun R. Chiong has been my mother's attending physician since 2013. My mother suffers from dementia. He has always been helpful and responsive to me with concerns about my mother. He answers my emails and phone calls promptly. I have no complaints thus far.
