Dr. Lu seemed very concerned and compassionate. He spent time telling us about our boy's runny nose and what was causing it. Will absolutely recommend him to my family and friends

Easy to get an appointment. Dr. doesn't actually examine patient to get a baseline. He never looked my child over to check nasal passages, eyes, or ears to check for signs of allergies. He barely looks up from his laptop to address your questions. His advice and answers are often very general and nit helpful at all. His medical assistant administers and read the skin test results without the Dr. ever looking at them, extremely unsettling. There was no emergency action plan given for a just in case type of situation with my child's peanut allergy. I was told just don't give him any. No practical advice given.
