Very kind, good listener and very efficient!

Dr. Mao is a kind and caring person. The first visit he spent time with me. However, I feel that he sees too many patients in one day. He rushes from room to room making a patient feel rushed. That is not good. He needs to calm down and become a better listener and give patients more time. I wish that he could read these reviews so he could see how his rushing behavior affects his patients.

I will NEVER see this physician again! Not only is he always frantic and rushing around the times that I have been there to see him, but he incorrectly diagnosed me because he was impatient and didn't ask the right questions/really listen. This was even after I started the treatment he recommended ... When the treatment wasn't working, he ignored that and insisted that I continue on his original treatment. The next doctor I saw couldn't believe that Dr. Mao continued me on the same treatment and ignored important red flags that it wasn't appropriate for what I had.

Dr. Mao is a terrible physician. I will never see this doctor again. He is so impatient, and clearly doesn't care about his patients (he wouldn't allow me to ask the questions I needed to ask because he only had "ten minutes" to see me... It was a waste of a $25 copay). He also does not appear to know clinical medicine that well either. He is very obviously only interested in doing research and publishing as many papers as he can a year so he can move up the academic ladder. I'm not sure why he even decided to be a physician. He is a perfect example of the type of person who went into medicine for all the wrong reasons and should not have responsibility to care for patients.

Terrible attitude. Inpatient. He said, "Each patient has 10 minutes only. You have to leave!" I will never see this doctor again.
