RUN the other way do NOT go to Dr. Junaid Kamal !!!! NEGLECTED my husband from getting the Pain medication he NEEDS since he is a Terminal Pancreatic Cancer patient. Literally made us BEG for medication. Had to call an Ambulance since he was in excruciating pain. This "so-called" Dr needs to have his license removed from him IMMEDIATELY!!! I complained to the CEO of LeeHealth and this Dr. resigns and runs away to Texas and was NOT held accountable for the Ultimate NEGLECT of a patient. I will NOT STOP until I file EVERY complaint I can EVERYWHERE so he NEVER does this to ANYONE ELSE!!!

Dr. Kumal is the first pain doctor to suggest other alternative medications besides pain pills. Hoping the alternatives work,bbut I di gave the pain meds as an option.

Does not care about patients, he is so full of himself he just wants to control and interrogate. has no interest in helping. nothing he does or says makes any sense at all, STAY AWAY!! I think he enjoys making patients beholding to him, but will only do things to make your pain worse, and cause you grief.

I've been a patient at Lee memorial Pain Management for over 5 years. Had 3 back surgeries 10 years ago and have undergone every pain treatment imaginable. I had been receiving prescriptions for opioids during the time I was a patient there. The previous staff left after the 1st of the year. Doctor Kamal took over the practice. The 1st thing he had me do was to get an MRI which cost me $200 copay. Believe me they had plenty of MRIs on file already. But he insisted. On my next visit he told me he wanted to begin injection therapy on my back. I've had those before and didn't get positive results. I told him I didn't want them. He told me he would no longer prescribe pain meds for me. Keep in mind I've been on those for over 5 years. You don't just stop taking narcotics. So with that I left and didn't schedule another appointment with him. He's the absolute worst, uncaring,controlling,poor excuse for a doctor that I've ever seen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I would rate no stars but you have… to give at least one.

I thought I had entered some twighlight zone at this doctors office. I have medical conditions that have put me in need of pain management and moving away from the medical providers who were caring for me has been tough as I have been then dealing with long waits to get appointment. One such appointment was with Dr. Kamal who gave me the absolute run around and told me that the medication Humira and the injections should be sufficient and I should be pain free. He also challenged the diagnoses that was presented by my previous provider. However my personal favorite comment made by Kamal was that psoriatic arthritis doesn’t cause joint damage. Really? Really?

I can't believe what happened to me at my visit. This dr had was not even concerned about why I was there except to tell me he was no longer going to give me my pain meds and I went there for specifically for injections in my wrists waited two months to be told by him he doesn't do that. A waist o f my time and. Did not even interduce himself to me. What an unprofessional doctor that I have ever met. And I have plenty of doctors that I see and how they could take and give me a two-star doctor when I was seeing a five-star doctor there. Will be looking for another pain management office. What a disgrace!

He was a replacement for a Doctor that had left. He wanted to take me off my pain medication and wanted to control my pain with injections. Didn't care that I already had been through 15 sets of injections that didn't work. He doesn't listen to you or read your records. I will never return and am going to the previous Doctor I had. He won't have any patients left if he treats all of them this way!

I went in to get a refill for my low dose pain medication and he is the news doctor there and he told me that he would not give it and my only option was to get back surgery. I don't accept ultimatums so I left and will never go back to that office after having gone there for 3 years. No wonder there were no patients there, they are going to have to close it up.
