Dr. Jung J Lim, DO

I recently had a very successful vascular surgery procedure done by Dr. Lim. I was very impressed at the timely manner I was given a surgery date. All aspects of the surgery were fully explained and all questions answered. I had a swift recovery and was back to work in 2 weeks. I went home from the Roseville hospital the next day and did not require any pain medication. The nursing staff both pre and post surgery were excellent. I work in the medical field so I feel I am an excelllent judge of expert medical care. I would recommend Dr Lim to anyone in need of vascular surgery. He saved me from suffering a stroke in the future. Thanks to the services of his office staff I feel I was in great hands every step of the way.

When i started dialysis in 2006, i needed a catheter put in my chest and a permanent access(fistula) in my arm. Dr. Jung Lim came highly recommended by the Auburn Dialysis Clinic. I made an appointment with him for an evaluation. I immediately liked him and found him to be knowledgeable as well as kind and gentle. He explained the surgical procedure, answered my questions thoroughly and performed the surgery a week later. He has taken care of me for thirteen years and closely follows my progress. He does an ultrasound of my access every four to six months to ensure it is working properly. Over the years, he has had to perform a couple of angiograms and procedures to open up and eliminate blockage in the fistula. All the nurses at Sutter Auburn Faith tell me what a great surgeon he is and i agree with them. I can highly recommend him.

Had a procedure called ClosureFast on my left calf. I developed a severe infection and had to be hospitalized on IV antibiotics for 6 days. I lost 5 weeks of work because of the severe pain and swelling. Honestly the worst pain I’ve ever had in my live. Now my leg is just as swollen as it ever was. All this pain and money for nothing.

I respect his staff but unfortunately he conducted an unnecessary procedure on my left calf which increased my symptoms drastically. The procedure was called ClosureFast. I contacted his office to inform him that my systems are very much worse but he wanted me to keep the compression socks for another 2 months. He refused to see me before my follow up date which was 2 months after my procedure. His response to my concerns were that he closed the wrong vain and now he should close the vein on my thigh. But I’m so afraid to do that because he was very careless about his wrong judgment.
