Dr. Jungwoo Han, MD

This Dr. Han is SOOOOOOO Bad! Don't go by zocdoc reviews and reviews on their website they are phony! This Dr. was so rude and nasty and didn't even want to send in my toe nails to get evaluated to send for a pathology...First he says my insurance won't pay for it and I said yesthey will and then he says because he didn't want to send it to the lab he says "It's fungus" that he thought the lab was going to say that and that he thought it was! He also was supposed to send in the toe nail from my big toe on my left AND my Right toe nail and he did NOT! He only sent to the lab my right toe nail! After that appointment I couldn't wait to get out of there but I didn't see a bench outside and I kept thinking is there a bench somewhere out there but I didn't see one! Dr. Han was rude and didn't listen to what I was saying! I had to repeat myself 3 times! The staff is a joke, I felt a negative vibe when I first walked in and right after my appointment I was thinking is there a bench outside… so I can get out of there to wait for the cab? BUT I didn't see one so I had to stay in that waiting room! So then the staff, rude as they are said there is a bench outside that I I had to leave the waiting room because they are trying to limit the number of people in the waiting room because of covid lol but there was NOBODY in the waiting room but me which makes me laugh and if it wasn't for the fact that I was already thinking immediately where is there a bench so I can get out of there to get away from all these negative idiot people to wait for the cab, I would have definitely stayed in that waiting room until the cab picked me up no matter what they said! Nobody tells me to leave a waiting room when I was a patient, I would have stayed, no doubt about it if I didn't already think of wanting to leave! I would have stayed in that waiting room until the cab came but because I couldn't wait to get out of there I left and waited 5 more minutes until the cab came, too bad that they didn't tell me to leave and that there is a bench outside 20 minutes sooner then I would have been away from that place sooner! No other professional business has ever done that before! They are so CRAZY! Stay, Stay, Stay away from this place! RUDE RUDE PEOPLE! Dr. Han was rude and didn't listen to what I was saying!
