This was the first visit I had with my new PCP. I feel very comfortable with him and confident he will provide high quality care for me.

Junwen didn't seem to really listen, I felt the way he questioned us was very accusatory. When I asked a question he seemed surprised I didn't know the answer already. Just overall it wasn't a comfortable experience, it was disappointing

They were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I felt like I had space to address any concerns.

Very personable; obvious he enjoys his job. Did not feel rushed during appointment despite my newborn being quite fussy and having multiple potty episodes during our visit.

I thought cutting meds without blood test was a bit unusual When I asked why, he said because some people were having insurance problems paying for it I don't have insurance problem, why was I not asked first?

My doctor was excellent he contacted me A-day later after The Visit

First visit, I was satisfied.
